The National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a 10-hour water cut in several areas of the Gampaha District tomorrow (11).
This disruption is due to maintenance work on the transmission pipeline running from Nittambuwa to Minuwangoda, part of the Gampaha–Attanagalla–Minuwangoda Integrated Water Supply Scheme.
As a result, water supply will be suspended from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Ranpokunagama, Bataliya, Attanagalla, Pasyala, and Nittambuwa.
Additionally, residents of Kandahena, Mapagolla, Kongasdeniya, Pinnagollawatta, Kolawatta, Gorakadeniya, Ranpokunagama Housing Scheme, Urapola, Dikkanda, Meevitigammana, Maimbula, Mathalana, Haggalla, Alawala, Kalalpitiya, and Ellamulla will also experience water supply interruptions during this period.
