The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a 12-hour water cut for several areas along the Negombo–Colombo main road tomorrow (Nov. 05) due to essential road maintenance work.
The water supply will be suspended from 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday (Nov. 05) until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday (Nov. 06) in the Ja-Ela, Katunayake, and Seeduwa Municipal Council areas, as well as in the Katana and Minuwangoda Pradeshiya Sabha areas and parts of the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha area.
The NWSDB has advised residents in the affected areas to make necessary arrangements to store sufficient water for the duration of the interruption.
