Dr. Harsha de Silva, a Member of Parliament from the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB), has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee on Public Finance (COPF).
The appointment was formally announced today by the Speaker of Parliament, Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.
