No Decision Yet on Azad Maulana’s Return to Sri Lanka, Police Say

Police have confirmed that no definitive decision has been made regarding the return of Mohammed Mahilar Mohammed Hansir, also known as Azad Maulana, to Sri Lanka.

A senior police officer stated that Maulana is prepared to provide further details regarding his statement to Channel 4 about the Easter Sunday attacks.

Maulana is currently abroad, seeking political asylum.
