The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has announced that the revised electricity tariffs for the second half of 2025 will be released today (11).
According to a statement from the PUCSL’s Communications Division, the review process for the proposal submitted by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has been completed, following a public consultation phase.
As per earlier reports, the CEB has proposed an 18.3% increase in electricity tariffs for the second half of 2025.
