The United National Party (UNP) has appointed a three-member committee to initiate discussions with the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB).
The committee comprises UNP Deputy Leader Ruwan Wijewardene, UNP General Secretary Thalatha Atukorale, and President’s Counsel Ronald C. Perera.
Reaffirming its stance, the UNP emphasized that all political parties should unite on a common platform to safeguard Sri Lanka’s democratic multi-party system.
