The National Lotteries Board (NLB) has warned the public of fraudulent activities involving the unauthorized use of its official trademark and prize distribution events.
The Board stated that fake Facebook accounts and casino businesses are falsely claiming to represent the NLB and urged the public not to engage in any transactions with such entities.
The NLB emphasized that its official lottery draws are broadcast daily on Independent Television (ITN) and advised the public to be cautious of any unofficial or online claims of lottery winnings.
Members of the public are encouraged to report any fraudulent activities or suspicious lottery draws to the hotline 011-4607000.
