Former UNP Deputy Leader, MP Ravi Karunanayake, emphasized the importance of education reforms in response to the government’s proposed changes.
Speaking to the media, he said that while the reform process may face criticism, it presents an optimistic opportunity for the country.
MP Karunanayake stressed that Sri Lanka needs an education system that reflects its aspirations and potential. He added that after 77 years of independence, the nation must focus on development through a strong and enriched education system.
