‘Yal Devi’ Train Services Between Colombo and KKS Resume From Today

The Department of Railways Sri Lanka says the Yal Devi train will resume operations between Colombo Fort Railway Station and Kankesanthurai Railway Station from today (11).

According to the Department, the train will operate from Colombo Fort to Kankesanthurai every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The return service from Kankesanthurai to Colombo Fort is scheduled to run every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Railway officials further stated that the Yal Devi train includes four air-conditioned first-class compartments and provides seat reservation facilities for passengers.
