February 16, 2026

National Cancer Control Programme Sri Lanka says approximately 900 childhood cancer cases are reported in Sri Lanka each year.

Dr. Suraj Perera, Unit Head of the Strategic Information Management Unit, said that no specific cause for childhood cancer has yet been identified.
