The Homagama High Court today (10) granted bail to the eight suspects arrested and remanded in connection with the murder of businessman Surendra Wasantha Perera, also known as Club Wasantha.
Accordingly, the 08 individuals were ordered to be released on two surety bails and Rs. 100,000 each, and under strict conditions.
Additionally, the judge prohibited all eight suspects from traveling abroad, requiring them to surrender their passports to the court.
They were also instructed to report to the Athurugiriya Police Station every Sunday.
