The Hambantota Magistrate’s Court has issued an arrest warrant for Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa after he failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing today (July 28).
The warrant was issued in connection with an ongoing case listed for proceedings on Monday. The court took the decision following Rajapaksa’s absence without prior notice or acceptable justification.
