The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has set the maximum spending limit for candidates contesting the upcoming Local Government (LG) Elections.
According to the commission:

The lowest spending limit is Rs. 74 per voter in Mannar Ward.

The highest spending limit is Rs. 160 per voter in Lahugala Ward.
For all other local government institutions, the maximum expenditure limit falls between these amounts.
