Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is set to arrive in Sri Lanka as the chief guest at the City of Dreams Sri Lanka launch event, scheduled to take place on August 2.
The organisers officially announced Roshan’s participation following the unexpected cancellation of Shah Rukh Khan, who was initially expected to attend. While the reasons for Khan’s withdrawal remain undisclosed, Hrithik Roshan will now headline the highly anticipated event.
“We are thrilled to welcome Hrithik Roshan to City of Dreams on August 2 for this extraordinary occasion. We can’t wait for him to experience South Asia’s first integrated resort. Let’s go!” organisers stated in an official release.
The event is expected to attract significant local and international attention, with Roshan’s presence adding further star power to the Colombo-based inauguration of this landmark development.
