The National Dengue Control Unit has directed all examination centers to implement mosquito control programs ahead of the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) exam, which is scheduled to begin on November 25 and conclude on December 20.
Community Consultant Lahiru Kodithuwakku has advised candidates to bring mosquito repellent to exam centers as a precautionary measure.
Additionally, the Disaster Management Center has issued guidelines to authorities to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams and prevent disruptions caused by potential disasters.
The GCE A/L examination will be conducted at 2,312 centers nationwide, with 333,185 candidates registered to sit for the exams.
