Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe is scheduled to participate in a special youth dialogue titled “Read with Ranil” at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel in Colombo on July 15.
The programme has been organized by the Smart UNP unit of the United National Party’s National Youth Front.
The first session will be held under the theme, “New World Order: Geopolitics, Economic Changes and the Future of Sri Lanka.”
According to the organizers, the event will provide young people with an opportunity to engage directly with the former President and exchange views on evolving global geopolitical developments, changes in the world economy, and their implications for Sri Lanka’s future.
The programme is expected to encourage discussions on international affairs, economic trends, and the challenges and opportunities facing the country in a rapidly changing global landscape.
