Former UNP Deputy Leader MP Ravi Karunanayake has stated that all political parties will be invited to the upcoming conference organized by the United National Party.
Speaking to the media, Karunanayake confirmed that even the ruling party will receive an invitation. He emphasized that it will be each party’s decision whether to participate, highlighting that the country currently needs collaborative efforts across the political spectrum.
The MP added that the conference provides an opportunity to “think anew” and serves as a platform to address and overcome ideological divides within both the ruling party and the opposition.
