Former Deputy Leader of the United National Party, MP Ravi Karunanayake, has raised concerns over the accuracy of data provided by the Board of Investment (BOI) regarding the Supreme Sat satellite.
Addressing the media, Karunanayake said that problematic situations have arisen due to mistakes in the BOI’s data. He also noted that the Board has committed similar errors on multiple occasions in the past.
“The Board of Investment should not engage in such futile actions at this time. Instead, it must properly fulfill its institutional responsibilities,” the MP emphasized, calling for greater accountability and accuracy in the Board’s reporting.
