High Commissioner of Rwanda to Sri Lanka, Jacqueline Mukangira, based in New Delhi, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya on Monday at the Prime Minister’s Office.
The meeting focused on reinforcing diplomatic relations between Rwanda and Sri Lanka, with discussions covering trade, investment, and knowledge exchange, according to the PM’s Media Division. Mukangira reaffirmed Rwanda’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic cooperation with Sri Lanka.
The Sri Lankan delegation included Mr. Pradeep Saputhanthri, Secretary to the Prime Minister; Ms. Sagarika Bogahawatta, Additional Secretary to the Prime Minister; and Mr. Waruna Wilpatha, Director-General of the African Affairs Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
