The Sri Lanka Police has released the official fee structure for services provided to the public. The applicable charges are as follows:

Police Clearance Reports (for foreign travel and related real-time services): Rs. 5,000.00

Sound Broadcasting License Fees:
• Up to 6 hours – Rs. 500.00
• 6 to 12 hours – Rs. 1,000.00
• More than 12 hours – Rs. 2,000.00 -
Police Reports issued by Regional Police Stations for Middle Eastern countries: Rs. 500.00

Police Reports issued by the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for local purposes: Rs. 300.00

Complaint Copies (per copy): Rs. 50.00
