Sri Lanka recorded 126,008 international tourist arrivals during the first 20 days of July 2025, reflecting a continued upward trend in the country’s tourism recovery.
According to the latest data, India, the United Kingdom, and China ranked among the top five source markets, underscoring renewed global confidence and growing interest in Sri Lanka as a preferred travel destination.
The surge in arrivals signals strong momentum for the tourism sector, which remains a key pillar of the nation’s economic revival strategy.
