SupremeSAT Refutes Allegations, Affirms Satellite Remains Operational in Orbit

SupremeSAT has reaffirmed that its satellite remains operational in orbit at 87.5° East and reiterated that no government funds were used in the project.

In an official statement, the company said it “welcomes the long-awaited public acknowledgment” of these facts after 13 years, adding that both points have been a matter of public record since 2012, despite what it described as “politically motivated narratives” to the contrary.

The firm expressed concern that some individuals continue to make “unfounded statements” about the satellite’s location and its corporate accounts. It stressed that the satellite is exactly where it was placed upon launch and dismissed ongoing commentary about its finances as “inappropriate and misleading,” particularly when coming from those “lacking the technical and operational insight to assess a complex, globally integrated business.”

SupremeSAT emphasized that it operates under stringent contractual, regulatory, and technical obligations across multiple jurisdictions, meeting or exceeding internationally recognized performance, compliance, and transparency standards followed by leading global satellite operators.

While noting it remains unaffected by “baseless claims,” the company voiced dissatisfaction over what it sees as continued misrepresentation of its work. It pledged to remain focused on delivering projects, honoring commitments, and maintaining its standing as a trusted global player in the space sector.

The company has invited the public to visit www.supremesat.com for accurate information about its history and operations.
