The Department of Immigration and Emigration has announced that the 24-hour service for one-day passport issuance will be temporarily suspended on May 5, 6, and 7.
The Controller of Immigration and Emigration stated that this decision was made due to the duties related to the Local Authorities Election 2025, which require the restriction of both One-Day and Normal passport services on the specified dates.
