Attorneys-at-Law Mr. K.M.S. Disanayake and Mr. R.P. Hettiarachchi were formally sworn in as Justices of the Court of Appeal before President Anura Kumara Dissanayake this morning (January 9) at the Presidential Secretariat, according to the President’s Media Division (PMD).
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by the Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, alongside other officials.
These appointments mark a significant development in Sri Lanka’s judiciary, further strengthening the appellate judicial system.
