The United National Party (UNP) conference originally scheduled for Saturday, September 6, has been postponed, UNP General Secretary Thalatha Athukorala announced.
She explained that the decision was made in light of the health condition of former President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
“However, the conference will be held on another date later this month,” Athukorala added.
