Akshay Kumar has injured himself while shooting for his upcoming movie Housefull 5. The accident took place during an action sequence when objects unexpectedly flew towards him on set. Following the mishappening, the actor has been advised to take some rest and focus on his recovery before returning to work. Meanwhile, the film’s production team has assured that additional safety measures will be put in place for upcoming shoots to prevent any further accidents.
In addition to Akshay Kumar, Housefull 5 features Fardeen Khan, Jackie Shroff, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Jacqueline Fernandez, Chitrangda Singh, Nargis Fakhri, Soundarya Sharma and Sonam Bajwa. Phew! The project is being bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
