The Ministry of Health has announced that around 96 percent of medical graduates who recently completed their internships have applied for post-internship appointments.
According to the Ministry, applications closed at noon on April 4 as scheduled. Of the 453 doctors who completed their internship this year, 435 have successfully submitted applications.
The Ministry stated that these graduates will soon be assigned to hospitals and healthcare institutions based on their preferences and merit rankings.
It further noted that the appointments will be carried out through a transparent and systematic process to address staffing needs across the country.
Details including the names of selected candidates, their assigned locations, and reporting dates will be released in due course.
