Xi Jinping Calls for Peace and Dialogue in Middle East During UAE Talks

Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Beijing, where both leaders discussed the evolving situation in the Middle East and Gulf region.

During the meeting at the Great Hall of the People, President Xi reaffirmed China’s commitment to promoting peace and dialogue, emphasizing Beijing’s readiness to play a constructive role in ensuring regional stability.

Xi outlined four key principles aimed at supporting peace in the Middle East:

  • Balanced Development and Security: Highlighting the link between stability and economic growth, with China offering cooperation and development opportunities.

The meeting reflects China’s growing diplomatic engagement in the region, positioning itself as a partner focused on dialogue, stability, and long-term development.
