The two countries are also expected to sign an agreement on cooperation in tourism, highlighting the importance of the sector to both economies.
In addition, an MoU will be signed between the National Archives of Maldives and the Department of National Archives Sri Lanka to promote collaboration in archival management and preservation.
Another agreement will focus on sports and youth development, involving the Maldives Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Fitness and the Ministry of Youth and Sports Sri Lanka.
The visit is expected to mark a significant step forward in expanding cooperation and deepening ties between the two countries across multiple sectors.
