The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has announced a price revision for kerosene, effective from midnight today (31).
- Kerosene Price Update:
The price of kerosene has been reduced by Rs. 5, bringing it down to Rs. 183 per litre. - No Changes to Other Fuel Prices:
Prices for Petrol 92 Octane, Petrol 95 Octane, Auto Diesel, and Lanka Super Diesel will remain unchanged, according to CPC.
Market Alignment:
The Lanka Indian Oil Corporation (LIOC) and Sinopec have also announced similar price adjustments to align with the state-owned CPC’s fuel pricing.
This price revision is expected to provide some relief to kerosene users while maintaining stability for other fuel products.
