The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) maintained its positive trajectory today, with the All Share Price Index (ASPI) rising by 156.44 points to close at 14,810.7.
This marks a notable milestone in the market’s steady upward trend, reaching record highs since November 26.
Analysts attribute the consistent growth to several key factors, including the successful completion of Sri Lanka’s debt restructuring, a resurgence in the tourism sector, and the reopening of the automobile market.
As a result, the CSE has witnessed growing investor interest and strong market activity in recent weeks, signaling positive momentum for Sri Lanka’s economy.
