The Ministry of Digital Economy has announced that the Electronic Revenue Licence (eRL 2.0) system will be temporarily unavailable from September 25 to 28 due to planned infrastructure upgrades.
The upgrade is aimed at improving the system’s efficiency, stability, reliability and capacity to provide services islandwide.
The Ministry said approval for the four-day system shutdown has been obtained from the Chief Secretaries of all Provincial Councils.
It has also requested the Department of Government Information to issue a trilingual public announcement today (September 24) through electronic, print and digital media to inform the public about the temporary service disruption.
The eRL 2.0 system is expected to resume following the completion of the infrastructure upgrade on September 28.
