Parliament is scheduled to discuss tomorrow (25) matters related to the election of the Diyawadana Nilame of the Sri Dalada Maligawa, including the ineligibility of female Divisional Secretaries to vote in the process.
The adjournment debate, moved by MP Chathura Galappaththi, will also address issues such as the tenure of the Diyawadana Nilame and the qualifications required for a person to hold the position.
