- Fairly strong winds between 30-40 kmph are likely over the Northern, Eastern, North-central, and North-western provinces as well as the Hambantota district.
Morning Mist
- Misty conditions are expected in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, and Central provinces, and in Galle and Matara districts during the morning.
