President Anura Kumara Dissanayake will depart for Vietnam on May 3 for an official state visit, Cabinet Spokesman Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa announced.
The President is expected to remain in Vietnam until May 6.
During the visit, several bilateral agreements aimed at enhancing cooperation and advancing shared interests between the two nations will be signed, Dr. Jayatissa stated.
