FIFA has announced that the 2034 Men’s Football World Cup will be hosted by Saudi Arabia, while Spain, Portugal, and Morocco will jointly host the 2030 tournament.
In a historic decision, the 2030 tournament will also feature three matches in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay to commemorate the competition’s 100th anniversary, marking a return to its South American origins.
The hosts for both tournaments were finalized during an Extraordinary FIFA Congress meeting on Wednesday, following a vote.
These selections highlight FIFA’s commitment to blending tradition and innovation while expanding football’s global reach.
