Sri Lanka’s year-on-year inflation, measured by the National Consumer Price Index (NCPI), rose slightly to -3.9% in February 2025 from -4.0% in January 2024, according to the Department of Census and Statistics.
Food inflation also saw an increase, reaching -1.1% in February 2025 compared to -2.5% in January 2024.
